TRED BTM 3A INTERVIEW

Interview by CORE
If you have not heard of TRED then you know nothing of the Seattle graffiti scene. He is the only writer to have numerous and continuous tags running for over two decades in Seattle, a city notorious for heavily criminalization, targeting, and expulsion of graffiti writers. He started the nefarious 3AK with his brother SEED. He reformed BTM in the late nineties and serves as one of its several captains today. He introduced me and numerous others to graffiti and lives the life of a successful writer and entrepreneur today.

This London based Artist seems to have his hands in everything from murals, galleries, music and running one of the most groundbreaking projects out there Agents of Change. A true Renaissance man, although he might disagree with that title, he is talented in many aspects of Art. I had the chance to finally meet Remi when he had his first US exhibition of his work at the famous White Walls gallery. Luckily we were able to pull him off the hanging and painting of the show for a bit and we got to paint a wall together.
