KEEPING MY LUNGS HEALTHY - JERSEY JOE SHIRT

An easy way to explain it is comparing my lungs to a pond and how it collects more bacteria than a river. So to keep my lungs healthy, they need a lot of movement. When I'm in bed I need to turn every couple of hours to move my lungs and to prevent pressure sores. It is much better for me to get up in my chair to really get movement, and when I get up, I like to go outside on the bumpy street and ride around for a while. Also off topic but I received a package from RIME aka Jersey Joe the other week. He hooked up this bad ass shirt along with a couple other items. Thank you for that! Support the man by visiting his Website and pick up some shirts.

NEW MODEL TRAINS PAINTED - COLLABORATION FOR ART SHOW

I was asked to do half of this train car. One of my boys is going to do the other half of this as a collaboration for the next death cheater benefit show. The second train was a gift for my boy who has been putting in a ridiculous amount of time on these benefit art shows for me. Thanks, I love you brother..
