Prince Paul just dropped an UNRELEASED track from Gravediggaz in 1992.
As someone who jammed out to their first album religiously, this made my Halloween.
Kool Keith is back with a mullet and a jean vest as BUSHMAN. In the two minute long video he runs around in a park with a supersoaker, jumps off a waterfall, and blows shit up. Not sure what to make of it, except that it’s awesome. Could it be a trailer for an upcoming b-movie? I’d watch it.
Who Cares – Sad and Grey
The homies from Who Cares have been putting it down for a minute – killing stages all over the USA. Their sound could be described as “indie hip hop”, although the reality is much more diverse than that label suggests.
They recently released their third studio album – Teenage Ego Trip – which they’ve made available for free online. The album goes from vintage electro style hip hop to dubstep and back again.
Take a minute out of your day and snag it – and definitely check them out when they’re in your city.
Cruising around the internet today I stumbled across Mike Mitchell’s illustrations. I’m feeling the dark style, nod to pop culture of my youth, and contrasting themes he has going on. Give his site a look if you have a couple minutes.
|I’ve been feeling a lot of the electro and street bass stuff people are doing lately and wanted to drop something in that vein.|
Kenny Mack stopped by CLOUT HQ while in town promoting his new album – The Streets Aint Safe. Abraham Menor was cool enough to snap a few shots with Kenny rocking the CLOUT logo two tone fitted and City Of Broken Dreams tee. Be sure to check out Kenny giving back to the community, donating Nikes and delivering a message to the youth in PDX. I call that putting on for your city. After the jump. MORE
