However, for Aaron De La Cruz, and Samuel Rodriguez, this is an exhibit of collaboration and not battle. Mano y Mano, for this show means Hand and Hand, emphasizing the collaborative effort, and their shared cultural roots and style. Innovators Sammy Rodriguez and Matthew Rodriguez of Shorty Fatz started the new year off with an intimate conversation and demonstration on their custom-built bicycles last week on January 6, 2011 at the San Jose Museum of Art, Silicon Valley’s leading institution dedicated to the art of our time.  Of course, we were there to support our fam and here’s some photos for you all to check out.
